Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This public policy explains the recurring monthly AI Mentor Membership sold by Lucky 13 Ventures LLC dba SYCCO ("SYCCO," "we," "us," or "our") and the general policy for other SYCCO products. Accelerator, Transformation, Legacy, and any other high-touch human program remain separate products with their own enrollment agreement and program terms; those specific terms control where they conflict with this general policy.

2. The $0 trial

The first 14 calendar days of AI Mentor Membership are $0. Before the trial starts, Square collects and stores a payment method in its secure payment form. SYCCO does not receive or store full card numbers. If you cancel during the trial, the membership ends when the trial ends and the scheduled $19.99 monthly charge will not occur.

3. Monthly renewal

Unless you cancel before the first paid billing date, you authorize Square to charge $19.99 USD to your payment method on day 15 and monthly thereafter until cancellation. Any tax required by law is handled as applicable by the payment flow. You may review the complete AI Mentor Membership Terms before enrolling.

4. How to cancel

Cancel from the Billing page while signed in, or email support@someoneyoucancounton.com. A cancellation takes effect only after Square confirms it.

• During the trial: no first monthly charge will occur, and access ends at the trial boundary.
• During a paid month: access remains through the end of the confirmed paid period and does not renew for another month.
• Deleting an account does not replace cancellation. An active Square membership must be canceled and confirmed first.

5. Refunds

Once a paid monthly period begins, that payment is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or when SYCCO confirms a documented billing error. We do not issue partial-month credits for a cancellation that takes effect at the end of a paid period.

6. Failed payments and questions

If a scheduled payment fails, access may be restricted or end after the confirmed paid period. If you believe a charge or membership status is incorrect, contact support@someoneyoucancounton.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We will review documented billing issues promptly.

7. Other products and programs

For a product or program that is not AI Mentor Membership, the refund and cancellation terms presented in its applicable checkout, signed agreement, or program enrollment materials control. Unless a different written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, fees for delivered digital services, enrollment fees, and high-touch program services are non-refundable. Affiliate commissions and payout arrangements are governed by the applicable affiliate terms and are not AI Mentor Membership charges.

8. Changes

We may update this policy for future use by posting a revised version and effective date. A change to this policy does not alter a paid period that has already begun without appropriate notice.
